Refund policy

The free version has every tool, so please try it before you buy. If you do pay and it is not what you hoped, we want to make it right.

14 day refunds

If you are not happy with Pixel Quarry, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan. This covers monthly and yearly plans.

After 14 days

You can cancel any time and you will not be charged again. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not usually refund part of a period, but if something went wrong, such as a charge you did not expect, get in touch and we will look at it.

How to ask

Email us at [email protected] from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually show up within 5 to 10 days depending on your bank.

This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
